From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more friendly and attentive; every time we returned to the hotel we were welcomed with smiling faces, cold water and towels. The hotel is well located and a short walk or ride into town. Others have described this as an oasis of calm and this is an accurate description. Great place to relax after a day of seeing temples. Modern decoration with many playful things. The room was very chic and stylish, and the bed was a design centrepiece. Flock cafe and rooftop bar are all must-try! Especially appreciate the receptionist (who had shift on April 15-17), he did deliver an excellent service, very supportive and helped me getting back my phone. A truly great hotel in every aspect!

Very good service in room cleaning, delicious buffet breakfast, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedding is very comfortable.

Un séjour hors du commun. H?tel en pré-ouverture et donc récent (décembre 2015). Le personnel est prévenant, souriant et très professionnel, parlant très bien anglais, dont un serveur du bar qui parle fran?ais. L'h?tel est fantastique avec un concept autour des oiseaux avec une décoration soignée et design, toutes les infrastructures sont neuves et propres. La chambre est grande et très bien équipée avec tout le confort nécessaire et un beau balcon donnant sur la piscine. La salle de bain est très fonctionnel. Mis à disposition de bouteille d'eau potable et de petites patisseries traditionnelles chaque soir. Nous avons eu droit à un Cocktail de bienvenue offert sur le Sky Bar de l'h?tel. Le Spa est merveilleux, les soins et traitements étaient excellents ainsi que le personnel, vraiment relaxant. L'h?tel est situé dans le centre touristique de Siem Reap à c?té de toutes les attractions de la ville, ainsi qu'à 15 minutes en Tuk tuk du site d'Angkor. La piscine est super et grande avec mis à disposition de chapeau et on vous offre une assiette de fruit. Le petit déjeuner est très variés entre cuisine continental et cambodgienne, inclus dans le prix de la chambre et service à la carte, on vous prépare même des paniers repas lors d'excursions très t?t. L'une des meilleures adresse où j'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner.
