Nice gym, helpful staff, Shiraz is a v good restaurant, handy private beach and strolling distance from Tche Tche & Starbucks

Stuff not really welcome, doesn't smile, not really helpful. Few people who have we met were hospitable to us. All the rest unfortunately were ignoring us especially in a restaurant during the dinner. Host didn't escort us to the table nor welcome us as we arrived. During dinner there was also miscommunication between stuff and a chef. Room service can be improved as well, when we asked for breakfast to the room one time food came without bread but jam and butter been there. When I called to room service the lady replied me that she forgot. Next time it was delivered without ketchup. Lack of consistency or negligence of the stuff I don't know. Front desk stuff can be more smiling and friendly too. When they asked how was my staying I hesitantly respond it's ok but she didn't react and asked if I encountered any problem. A bit upset about it because its international brand and their service not according the standard.
