@1：

I booked a double room by mistake and asked a few days before departure if I could upgrade to a twin. This was ignored and only actioned after I arrived and paid an additional 150 Euro for our 3 night stay. An expensive mistake on my part..

The check out is at latest at 10am which is quite stressful. They were calling since 9:45 to remind us to leave immediately. The breakfast is until 9:30 even on Sunday. But the personal is very kind and they leave you to finish your coffee after 9:30. The bathroom can be renovated. But however everything is clean.

Staff were great, nice cosy feel and good access to the mountain, would go back. Breakfast could be a little more adventurous.

Booking.com rip-off 'special offer', 47E more than standard room price. Some additional problems with bill at check-out left sour taste on price package. Longish walk to ski gondola, one staff member unhelpful with minor problem during stay.

@5：

Rooms are cosy but need some renovation to become a bit more modern. Toilet/bathroom also needs some work. Restaurant is a bit expensive.
